Clinical Psychologist, Author, Happiness & Empowerment Coach, Motivational Speaker, Migraine cure specialist
Hina was disappointed and hopeless; she had low self-confidence and low self-esteem. She didn’t get admission to a medical college and her family lost hope in her. She experienced continuous health problems including depression, severe migraine headache, and chronic IBS etc.
She belongs to a conservative community and had many restrictions like any girl would have in South Asia. She changed her attitude and took control of her life to change her destiny. She decided to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. She faced many problems (speaking in English, living conditions, climate etc) during the first few months here. It has been very hard for her to live on her own because she had never lived away from family.

She completed her Masters in Philosophy in Applied Psychology and Advance Diploma in Clinical psychology then she completed her M.Sc. in Psychological Research from the University of Sheffield, UK. She has studied, taught and learned many therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Time Change Therapy and completed courses in Life Coaching, Psychology of Happiness and Mindfulness.

She is an author of a self-help/mind-body-spirit book and co-author of many psychological research books. Her motivational quotes are regularly shared on the social media, magazines and authors use them in their books.

She worked as a lecturer, for 7 years, at a University and has spoken at many personal development events. She helps people to increase happiness & peace, to achieve their goals, gain self-confidence & self-esteem, in learning forgiveness and to be successful in the relationships through one to one coaching & therapy, personal development workshops and seminars for women ages 16 and 45.

She supports many charities and is a volunteer for the British Red Cross.

Peace and Happiness.
